The Trattoria is made up of two original rooms within the old house, formally a stable and a wine cellar. Both rooms have been renovated to form a unique and homely atmosphere retaining its original features such as its spectacular vaulted ceilings.

The adaptability and experience of our chefs allows us to produce some of the finest Piedmontese cooking, using local produce along with an international répertoire, having travelled extensively around the world cooking.
